Rogers is an expert witness in personal injury, wrongful death, and child support. He has worked with economic data extensively as a 19-year economist at Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. As adjunct professor at Clayton State University and Georgia Military College, he teaches microeconomics, macroeconomics, managerial economics, and statistics. For child support, Rogers is a former member of the Georgia Commission on Child Support. Rogers has testified before state legislatures and other state commissions on child support.
