Jack H. Raber PharmD, Clinipharm Services

I am a California-licensed pharmacist with over 45 years of practice, management, and consulting experience in a variety of clinical settings. Through my company, Clinipharm Services, I provide consulting services to both plaintiff and defense attorneys throughout the country in matters related to pharmacy practice, pharmacy law, pharmaceuticals-related hospital and medical malpractice, and fraud, waste, and abuse investigations pertaining to prescription benefits. Services include research, audits, case review, trial preparation, affidavits of merit, expert reports and declarations, and trial testimony.

I also work with attorneys representing pharmacists and pharmacies in disciplinary proceedings before the California Board of Pharmacy. If required as part of a stipulated settlement with the Board, I am available to serve as a consultant or practice monitor to the pharmacy for the duration of the discipline.
