Mr. Dan Bawden has an outstanding reputation for winning cases, and over 38 years of residential construction experience. He possesses a unique combination of being a practicing attorney, a builder/remodeler, with numerous professional certifications in construction. He has been building for over 38 years.  This makes him a highly credible witness in all facets of residential construction. Just as importantly, Mr. Bawden thinks fast on his feet, and understands the legal aspects of litigation better than other construction experts.

Mr. Bawden helped write the NAHB "Residential Construction Performance Guidelines" (5th edition, 2021) which is the primary nationally recognized source for construction standards. With experience assisting both homeowners and builders, Mr. Bawden is very effective an excellent and clear communicator, extremely likable, and effective before arbitrators, judges, and juries alike.

As a testament to his strong public speaking abilities, Mr. Bawden won the first national "Instructor of the Year" award from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) in Washington DC. He also regularly writes and is quoted in articles for national consumer and construction industry magazines.

Mr. Bawden served as the 2017 Chairman of the National Association of Homebuilders Remodelers, with nationwide industry oversight.
