Profile:
Underwriting, policy construction, coordination of coverage, form interpretation and risk management for exposures to Commercial General Liability, Excess and Umbrella Liability, Professional Liability including miscellaneous E&O, D&O; Commercial Auto and Property Insurance. Evaluation of risk financing techniques including a broad spectrum of self-insurance plans, including but not limited to retrospective rating plans, captives, retention plans and other risk financing programs. Reinsurance evaluation of exposures including both facultative and treaty reinsurance, semi-automatic and program arrangements. Pollution and Environmental Liability form and coverage interpretation. Primary and Excess/Umbrella coordination and coverage issues. Oil & Gas Production & Exploration insurance coverages.
